Technology in Learning

When commencing secondary schooling it is important students have common pieces of technology. This helps ensure the emphasis is on using the technology to learn as opposed to the anxiety created by different functionality. A DELL Chromebook computer is provided as part of the all-inclusive education fee and a common calculator will be provided by the College and the cost for the calculator will be added to the school fee statement.

Hopefully, this also makes things a bit easier on parents concerned about purchasing the right materials for Year 7. The Chromebook remains the property of the College but the calculator is provided in Year 7 only and is the property of the student. Replacement calculators can be purchased from the Finance office.
