Welcome to Catherine McAuley College Mackay
Catherine McAuley College is a Catholic co-educational school that welcomes and supports all students. We began our journey with our first cohort of Year 7 students in 2022 and will grow into a full Year 7 to 12 college by 2027. We honour our past while looking ahead to an exciting future – building on a tradition of faith, innovation, and intellectual endeavour.
CREATIVE ARTS SHOWCASE
Students put on an incredible show last night and performed a range of impressive acts, including dance, instrumental music, vocals, bands, and our very first AUSLAN group, who signed for members of the Deaf community. Off stage, our talented Visual Art students showcased their work from throughout the year in an art exhibition.
We are incredibly proud of the talent within our College community and look forward to seeing what the future holds for these young creatives.
A huge thank you to our amazing staff and tutors for their dedication to the showcase and for the ongoing support they provide to each student's co-curricular arts education. Their commitment plays an invaluable role in nurturing and developing the talents of our students.

FITNESS GAMES DAY 2 - BOYS
Day 2 - The boys made the most of every fitness challenge. Whether working through individual challenges or cheering on their peers, students demonstrated great sportsmanship and a positive attitude throughout the day.

FITNESS GAMES DAY 1 - GIRLS
Day 1 of the Fitness Games was a great success, with the girls giving their best effort across a range of endurance, coordination, speed and strength challenges.
Their enthusiasm and determination were on full display as they pushed themselves and encouraged one another throughout the day.
