  1. Enrolment processing fee of $100 is non-refundable
  2. Family Discounts (when families have more than ONE student enrolled at a Rockhampton Diocesan Catholic School) are allowed on Tuition Fees – Part A only.
  3. Family Discounts must be applied for EACH YEAR by completing an Account and Discount Information form at the beginning of Term 1.
  4. Concession Card Discount is calculated on Tuition Fees – Part A only. Families must comply with all eligibility criteria before any discounts will be calculated.
  5. Fees and Levies are billed at the beginning of Term 1 and are payable within 30 days from the statement date. Payments by the due date will receive an early payment discount of 2.5% on Tuition Part A & B only. Alternatively, a payment schedule for the school year can be established through School EasyPay in the Parent Lounge.

Note: School camp, instrumental & ensemble lessons, representative sport and club expenses are not included in these fees.
